October 16, 2017 – When the leaves start falling from trees and temperatures stay consistently below 100 degrees, you know it’s fall in Bullhead City. Another sure sign that autumn is here, is the Bullhead City Recreation Division’s Halloween Fest.
The event is Friday, October 20 at the Suddenlink Community Center, located at 2380 Suddenlink Way, the annual October tradition is sure to be a fun time for everyone. Feel free to leave your cash at home, because the entire event is free. Doors open at 5:30p.m. and the spooky happenings don’t stop until 8:30p.m.
“We love this time of year, and we really love this event,” said Recreation Manager, Dave Heath.
“We have something for kids of all ages. I think our staff and volunteers have as much fun putting it together as the guests have attending!” Heath said.
Heath continued, saying food and fun will be throughout the Community Center. The first 1,500 guests get a free Halloween bag, free hot dogs, sno cones, and popcorn. Local sponsors will host trick or treat rooms, there will be a cake walk, scary selfie stations will be available throughout, and a haunted house that is sure to give guests the chills!
Events sponsors include Weinerschnitzel, Perkins, Aquatic Pools and Spas, and Valley View Hospital. Patrons are encouraged to wear their costumes and join in the fun.
